i didn't see powerlifting on the title anywhere. besides this stuff makes a very strong core for squatting and pulling. atleast on the left side.....

ME bench
*new*reverse band bench - choked green bands 3RM
140x8 230x5 280x3 320x3 340x3 350x1 got stuck halfway up
this was pretty weird feeling but i liked it a good bit. its a keeper
tricep pushdowns 4x12 not heavy not light somewhere in the middle, switched attachments each set. completely fried my triceps, watch out for the guns.......they'll get ya!
shoulder flys 3x12 35's been a while and i could tell
stationary row machine 3x12 relatively heavy
*new*stability ball band crunches 5x10-12 working on symmetry here super hard.............yeah not really but these things work, keeper!

Nice work Derek! I like the reverse band benching, but as of late I have been just stuck on end to end banding.

Is the stability ball band crunch like shown on the WSB video? it was exactly what was shown on the video. just with a green band

DE squat today at parallel box to simulate my starting position on deadlift.
SSB =(parallel) box squat SSB (65) x8 multi stance squats and seated gm's 155x5 166x5 201+green bands (300ish) 8x2 speed was awesome, probably should use more weight next time.
my new favorite exercise back raises with SSB and 65lbs of chains 4x10 they're almost orgasmic!
hip abductor work with doubled up mini around knees. put a bar on my back and squatted to below parallel (wide stance) forcing my knees out hard against the band and holding. 3x8
thats it for me i think next week will be a deload week. need to get away from the heavy volume for a lil bit.
