did chain suspended goodmornings today for an intended 5 rep max. old pr on it was 300x3, didn't fail just stopped there to avoid injury/overtraining. here's how it went
45x8 140x5 230x5 250x5 280x5 300x5 rep pr 320x5 pr 350x5 pr again
stopped there for the same reason as before, probably had some more in me but i'll save it for another day. had sean and erin watching my form and it never comprimised which i was very happy about!
pull throughs green band 3x15
russian twist hand offs 5 kilo ball 4x16 (8 each side)
moved furniture and blocks all day so i cut it a lil short and just stretched for a little while.

planned on just doing a standard DE bench day but it turned out differently than i planned.
speed bench 45+65 in chains x5 135+65 in chains 8x3 paused first rep then touch and go for the last 2.
it all felt good mixed up grips and set ups to keep it fun.
tricep pushdowns 5x8 starting moderate and ending very heavy.
reverse pec/dec machine for rear delts 4x12 same thing
saw 2 friends walking in circles taking turns doing pullups and thought what the ? that was pretty odd! so i joined in with them and we did pull ups one right after another for 40 freakin minutes! oh it was such a deep deep burn, i swear we did over a thousand. i could feel it all the way from the upper uvulous to my lower dorsimous muscles. it was actually a lot of fun so i stopped there. good day aside from ripping a callus under the skin. i just have a pool of blood sitting in the skin on my palm now. woo

45x8 135x5 getting a feel for it 190x5 feels awkwardly weird strangely enough 230 7x3 woo fun 230x10 just kept going for some stupid reason
band pull throughs greenie 3x15 feel the burn!
back extensions safety squat bar 65 3x12 paused at top
belt squats *new* green band 1x10 feels cool but not enough resistance blue band 3x15 YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we found a winner im still feeling these now.

D, I don't know how much you can travel for your training but hitting some of the other gym will help. Alot of people can offer advice but until you see thier body type it may be hard to get a visual. I don't know who you bench with but I have seen you a couple times and know you ain't a "Belly" bencher. Eddie Gordy does some AAU meets (Flat footed) so he may be able to help. Kyle down in Clayton and his group pretty much have the arch down to a science. You say you don't ffel well most days before you lift so are you eating enough to feed all this training? I take my hat off to you for being drug free, but with that takes a little more time to heal and a need for more nutrients.Your a hell of a nice guy and a good lifter.App. is a ways to drive but you could further your training by doing a little driving. If you want to hit AC any, you are welcome to crash @ our place if need be.

you make a lot of valid points there barry. unfortunately travel isn't a very frequent thing due to finances but i do want to visit other gyms like the ones you mentioned. i would love to come down and train with you guys even though i'm sure you would get tired of taking half the weight off so i could o. i'm hoping to do the aau push pull in august to try and get a couple other first timers out to a meet. i'm just going to deadlift for a few records while i'm there. i despise flat footed benching (as a rule), i think its rediculous and don't wish to compete that way. as far as belly benching goes, i wish! i just pick out a lower rib and go for it. most days i take in about 4,000 calories on a few occasions 5,000. the main reason for me being tired is i work at a golf course but i hardly ever mow. always out in the sun either weedeating or doing some kind of landscaping or like today moving furniture for 8.5 hours. no need to take any hats off for me being drug free, i appreciate it but it doesn't mean im any different from any other lifter. we all just move a bunch of weight! i'd like to know the addresses of all those gyms so i could figure out how to get there and know how long it would take to drive. i'm always open to suggestion and i appreciate everything not just you but everyone says on this board. thanks

worked 1 and 2 boards today and had a pretty good day. bench 45x8 140x5 190x3 230x1 1-board 3RM 230x3 250x3 260x2 missed last one 2-board 1RM 260x1 270x1 280x0 couldn't believe i missed this, twice actually. i missed the first and got pissed and tried it again and still missed it. 280x1 yeah i got very very jacked for this one! pr 290x1 blew that one up too 25lb pr 300x1 came off the board good and stalled2 inches from lockout but grinded it out. made me happy! decline 135x8 185x5 225x5 tricep pushdowns light x15 moderate 3x12 face pulls *new* 4x15 rather light, but i felt the pump! weighted elevated leg crunches 50lb db 5x10
