what have you done Raw before on deads?, im good for 650, but i've developed grip issues lately my raw dead is an easy 625. i recently did 500 for 2 sets of 5 and 500 for 2 with just belt and wrist wraps....i've been gettin back into grip work but try wearin wrist wraps like mike in the main pic on the forum...they help u to hold onto the bar a bit longer... ME bench bw: raw bench 375/3 390/2x2 410/0-0 360/4-3-4 incline key presses 70/2x12 90/2x8 dips bw/15 bw+25/15 bw/21 total reps seated laterals 25/3x10 bent-over laterals 20/3x10 seated hammers 45/3x10 rolling rope extensions 100/12-15-12 pullovers 65/3x10 **i came into that session part worn out some but still pressed on with plans on takin down 410...which owned me 2 times. it stalled halfway on me...the off-chest strength is there...mid-range and lockout could be the issue so i know what i need to do to fix it before august. but 2 sets of 2 with 390 and those 3 sets with 360 were PRs for me though so i was very happy about that on top of the assload of dips after i did the incline KEY presses. those were just a variation dedicated to the man who came up with them... give these a go...they are awesome!! but i'm very happy with the fact that my off-chest strength has gone up and my mid-range may not be all that bad off cause 360 for the first rep flew up!! after that i did some laterals, triceps, and hammers and that was it... back/hammers bw: HS pulldowns 3plates/3x8 CG fat v-bar pullups- 2 sets of 8 heavy hammers 100/10 115/8 incline braced hammers 40/3x12 ***just did a short session tonite...i was tired all day at work so i need to get some rest ASAP!! got one of my new tees in and got some good comments from everyone about it...check it: well i'm off to see X3 tommorrow and then the RIVERFEST...i'll also be havin net connection at my APT next week so i'll be back hanging around again...LOL!! late HCB[/url]

Curt is right wrist wraps help Badrock, I always use them in competition, just make a tight fist and have your training partner wrap the hell out of you writs. It will give you a better lock in on your pull, but in training I do them on and off pending on which week I am on.

ME bench bw: 3-boards w/ dbl lights 185/3 225/3 275/3 315/1 345/0 335/0** lockouts w/ dbl lights 315/3 405/3 455/3 decline key press 60/12 85/2x12 single-arm DB laterals 30/3x10 bent-over laterals 20/3x15 hammer concentrations 30/3x15 pushdowns 3x15 pec deck 3x15 pullups 2x8 ***randy came back for more...LOL!! yea i went off the program again this week for the last time probably. i'll be doin week 6 as my last week next week and then goin to some raw board work since i increased my off-chest strength...but now need to work on the top end more. its been a while since i've done boards and heavy band tension. failed 345 on 3-boards but would of gotten 335 had i gone to it first...it came off my chest and stalled...but that goes to show me that i need top-end work now...that will happen in 2 weeks. i also got the feel for heavy lockouts and i need those again to toughen up my hands a bit. 455 with dbl lights was a lot of weight!! randy did really good...(see there's a compliment for ya!! )...did a strong 315 with dbl lights on boards and got up to 455 with me on lockouts for 3s. though the comedy of errors that occured between the 3-boards and lockouts is almost too funny to mention...LOL!! kinda like wylie e. coyote and the road runner...but hard to tell which one of us was the coyote...LOL!! i also helped randy get into a VERY tight 56 metal viking pro...which he will have to send back...and may get that 58 taken in some...which isn't a bad idea...but we did do some strong work tonite....had a good ole time with randy...even better when blake and mike were havin a field day on me...LOL! lookin foward to the next one brother...and he did a VERY good job on liftoffs too... LOL!! on a side note....got word FINALLY after a year of reachin a good bro of mine(and yours) that hasn't been seen on here(metalrage) more than a year...i'll keep it quiet right now though but lets just say we are already talkin about hittin a session in the near future... oh and in case u guys didn't notice, had a kickass time at the RIVER COUNTRY...i believe i was more nervous being a side-spot for tiny meeker than i ever was for any of my lifts...LOL!! i'll have pics up from that meet later this week...
