Squat- 135- 2 x 8, 205-1 x5, 245- 1 x3, 285- 1 x 2, 325- 1 x1, 365- 1 x 1, 385- 1 x 1, 405-1 x 1, 365- 1 x 1.
Leg Curls- 155- 4 x 10 Barbell durls- 3 set of 10- 65, 85, 90. hammer curls- 3 sets of 10 and a set of 6. 20, 25, 30, 35. side bends- 4- 10-15, with 25 pound plate tried knelling crunches but my legs were to muckh like mush. Training west side for a while.
