Ive just recently moved from N.J to T.N and havent been able to find a solid training partner. So Ive been wondering if any of you have experimented w/ floor presses as opposed to boards. How affective are they for upper end strength, and whats the proper technique?

not at all, builds power off the chest...hard to replace board work, nothing quite like it, proper technique would be closer than comp grip, legs flat on the floor, enough pause to break ecentric/ concentric phase
