What do you think is the most important for gains in order out of genetics, training, and nutrition?
I'd say it's 45% genetics, 45% training and 10% nutrition.
Simply put: Ed Coan doesnt train much different than most 600lbs deadlifters, he trains the same old conventional style, he just goes further because of genetics. Mark Henry won the Arnold with little training he just had genetics far better than everyone else....... For Training: It's simple for a hard gainer to bench press 400lbs they must train hard. For a genetic freak to raw bench 700lbs instead of 400lbs they need to train hard with their genetics. Last would be diet for powerlifting, many russians aren't big and they live off of bread yet they still out lift many of the top notch bodybuilders in the world.
Okay, I'm going to get debated here.. Maybe this will start a convo up! !
