Im curious what everyone on here gained when using a bench shirt ,granted under proper instruction..I just wanna see if 100 # is the norm or the extreme or just a ghost story...I read an article and the guy claimed it acctually scared him(LMFAO)?Did any of you feel that way? Or did the sountrack for the movie Conan the Barbarian start playin in your heads...

Bro 100lb gain is very realistic in time, but not right off the bat. I use once under this magical elusion of being shirted I would be a 600+ bencher. It has taken time and many frustrated training sessions to finally get some consistency to my bench. Likewise using the shirt has also made very good gains to my rawbench as well. Me and Joey both started out with a KKDD and that was way too much shirt for me to start learning in. Joey got this shirted concept down a hell of allot faster then I did and has really mastered his technique. So back to your question bro yes it can be done with the proper from and coaching from experienced lifters.

I gained 80lbs within 3 weeks after going down to Clayton and learning what Kyle had to offer. Same as Breaker I started in a Karin's. He's right, way to much to learn in. Once you get it down pat, it's like you solved the Riddle of the Spinx! I'll say this till I'm blue in the face; go to other gyms where good benchers lift at and WATCH and LISTEN. Your body type may dictate what you get, but learning from the other lifters around you is your best bet. Not sure where you lift at but between Clayton, Mt. Airy, Monroe, and Greensboro; you should find plenty of help.

Bro, I thought my shirt was a magic shirt with mystical powers. That is until I put it on. You have to hook up with someone who will give you good advice. I have yet to get anything to touch and I have had mine for months. I am close and 100+ is there.
