this is a repost from my forum about the records which members here are eiligble to break/make...i will create a PR thread on here so guys here have a place to put PRs or forum records... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- here are the records SAVE TARGET AS!! SAVE TARGET AS!! trainordie.com/members/records.xls there are only 2 stipulations for the records: - must have over 25 posts for any gym records...50 posts for all meet records - must have a training log up and kept current(or as much as u can) - if u break and/or set record...IT MUST be posted in the PR thread!! meet PRs can be posted in the log itself... the divison are explained as:(gym records and best lifter only) lightweights- 165s and under middleweight- 181s and 198s heavyweight- 220s and 242s superheavyweight- 275s, 308s and supers **when more 308s and supers show up here...i'll change this again to where 275s are heavies... right now i believe there are only a handful of 308s and supers here... records are updated every friday. i'll try to keep an open eye out for any records broken but all records set/broken must be posted in the PR thread and meet PRs in your log...
