lol...i forget how to spell my own long ass last name most of the time lol. i'm really bad about keeping a log but i need to. i have this one now and i think i've posted a workout once in about a month lol. www.ngbb.net/forums/view_topic.php?id=52&forum_id=15 i'm trying to be more diligent about keeping track and if i am i'll start up a log here ;D thanks for asking!! |
