had an awesome time at the ironboy meet as always but lifted terribly but that was expected. equipment problems turned my squat and pull into raw lifts but i benched with a shirt . went 3 for 7 on the day, here are my attempts squat 400X depth, hit parellel but didn't break 400 good, mike lovelace said i went way down on that one and his word is good enough for me. passed on a 3rd bench 275 nailed 300X missed groove passed on 3rd deadlift 475 clean and fast 525X somebody welded it down i swear! no pop from the suit + me tired= nothin movin 525X same thing       |

Man I wouldn't sweat it we all have had meets that equipment didn't do like we wanted.The squat depth could be debated in ibp depends on who judges are,they have a tendency to have people judging depth that don't even compete,or someone telling you hitched on deadlift and they haven't pulled in 20 years.You will have a better meet next time,there is a APF push pull in july that would be great rebound meet.Littleman

The meet will July 29th in Clayton N.C,there is a link on the upcoming meets site on front page.Kyle Roberts will be putting it on he runs a great meet it will go fast and smooth,neil anderson sculptures are also very nice.Littleman
