What I learned in Vegas................

A trophy ain't worth the trouble all the time....People from Texas (Bad Attitude Gym) are some of the nicest people you'll meet....I'm glad we can laugh at ourselves....Donna Clark and Mona Higgins are worth thier weight in gold ......That damn Jason Coker is a beast ...It's nice to look up and see familiar faces right after something breaks unexpectedly.....Carol Ann and Bobby should be from NC if they ain't....Phil is a nut regardless of the zip code he's slepping in....Everything is worth more in Las Vegas ie. Coke $2, water $2 (like a huge titty bar)...the people @ Valley Medical are on top of things...It was nice not to hear the words"drug test" for one meet...Kara and Ryan should be the spokespeople for powerlifting....Joey must keep that camera on him 24/7... .glad we all got home alive.....................

thanks for the kind words about ryan and me although i think you should be the spokesperson. your attitude and concern for the other lifters despite what you were going through was absolutely amazing. i wish you a speedy recovery and to comeback stronger than ever!

Thanks. But.... I've been to two meets where the two of you have lifted at.(Arnold and Sr's); I don't care how many people ask for pictures or autographs you allways say yes. Ryan is one of the few people I look up to in the sport simply because he wins but stays level headed. Regardless if someone else there says they could beat Ryan or not, they didn't. That's twice now I think .
It would br great if one or both of you could make it to Kyles meet.

i'll talk to ryan about kyle's. ryan met kyle at seniors last year and though he was funny as hell so i know he'd have a good time!
