We had a small group but a quality group of lifters tonight.I cant thank Rodney and Joey enogh for their advice it started sinking in believe it or not.It goes to show you that how much mental this stuff is.Joey put up some huge PRS again so did Rodney.Most of all I would like to thank corey for helping out tonight even though he didnt lift he still helped and gave great handoffs,next time will be better.Lynn
