Sharon and Chad, thank you both for making the trip up with me I couldn't have done it without you both!
Derek, Cheryl, Moose,and Brandon, thank you guys all for the help, encouragement, and support that you give me. It meant more to me than you know to see you guy's there. You were my team whether you realized it or not, I was short handed and you guy filled the void and I thank you all for it! Your a great bunch of lifters and even better friends and I'm glad to have gotten to know all of you and am looking forward to training with you all!

Derek, I want to say thank you for all the video work that you do for me and all of us on this board. I know its a lot of work but it is appreciated more than you know!!!
