That we have 2 new Senior National Champions!!! Cheryl and Barry are North Carolina's newest Senior National Champ's, Cheryl also set a master's record in the dead-lift. I don't remember numbers but both did great and I'll let them fill in the blanks when they choose too. Joey unfortunately didn't make it through the meet due to various reason which I'll let him explain if he wishes. I would like to say I'm proud of ALL of you,what you guy's did under the circumstances...(help and the lack of) is unbelievable! I'm glad to call each of you friends and again very proud, you represented us well!!

Thanks everybody. I appreciate all the help I got down in Mocksville at GYM 365 and at AC Fitness in G.boro. I know I didn't train enough for it but, alls well that ends well.  Gotta thank Joey, Rodney, and Coker for the advice on my opener. |
