congrats to everyone who competed at mash's meet. spoke with joey and he filled me in. been forever since i've posted but have nothing to tell about training. just trying to heal and get healthy for a change. 3 kids playing ball and working 3rd is tough on training and throw in an injury and well you see what happens. ballgames and practice 6 days a week. sat. are shot, we go to the gym and train and cardio eat lunch, mow grass etc. ballfield from 2 ish until 8-10 depending if we do concessions or not. mon - fri. usually from 5:30 til 9. ball will be over in another month unless they make the travel team. been doing cardio 4 days a week and doing reps 4 days a week. lost 47 lbs. down to 293. holding there for a month so i don't lose any more size in the wrong places. would like to drop 15 more and maybe come back first of next year. seems like a long time off but got to fix hernia this fall. we will see you all soon.
later
