is anyone here going to this meet? im might use this as a warmup meet for clarkes meet.the last meet he had i think only 6 lifters showed up.

Hi Daniel Chris from Va. yes me and one of my guys will be there were coming down on Friday hows training just got my first offical 605 meet lift went 550-575-605 in local bench meet here in Va. as a masters 308 class

damn,sounds like your lifting is going good! training has been ok i guess, i dont really get to train like i used to but what can you do? if i do over 750 ill be happy with that.

went 1st.750miss,2nd 750 easy,3rd 800 miss. Missed the 800 by maybe an inch,so pissed about that but thats how it goes i guess.Also will prolly never lift in one of those meets again!!! but on a good note it was great seeing Chip,Billy,Aj and everyone else that showed up.I would like to thank Chip and his crew for all the help and support.
