I just wanted to throw a shout out to everyone that helped and participated at the NC state meet this weekend. It was great to see a lot of old friends and to make some new ones this weekend. Thanks to everyone who helped me out! I promise, next time I will make a better showing. Congratulations to all the other great lifters out there! There were too many great lifts and lifters to mention and I don't want to leave anyone out. I hope to see all of you again soon.

len man you did great to me, i was definitely impressed no matter the official result. i know you'll hit a big total in the future but warn me ahead of time on what weight class so i can go up or down  . |

LOL I was thinking of going up a weight class or two to stay away from you! But then I remember Ben so that is no way to go either. It is good to have competition though, it makes you push harder. You have a lot more left in the tank and will be a force to reckon with.

Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys who helped me and the other lifters from Jacksonville on Saturday.I don't know all of their names, but several guys helped with our bench hand offs, and loading weight in the the warmup area. It was a big help. Also wanted to say that I was again impressed with the amount of hospitality we received from all the lifters, judges, and just everyone involved with the meet. It's a great meet full of great people.

Adam, its was nice getting to meet you and talk a little. All the guy's with you were just as nice. You guy's are strong as hell too, I enjoyed watching throughly. It was great seeing my powerlifting family again, and getting to meet new faces from the board. Great job Stacey on your first meet, Derek you did great and it was nice meeting you, Steve enjoyed talking to you again and watching you compete. Joey good seeing you again as always. Brett, I was really impressed to see all the effort you put into your lifters you had at the meet, and it paid off for them for sure. Len, good talking to you and way to pull out that last squat. Ben Hooker, great job glad to see you have such a good meet with big numbers. Tim Higgins, Chris Clarke, Chris Cooke, Chris Mason, Hannah, Barry Woods & Barry Williams good to see you all again and I apologize if I've missed anyone but most of all I'd like to say how proud I am of Rick and Robbie of Team Torture, they carried the torch for the team and both of them hit big PR's in every lift. These guy's are great lifters and even better people and I'm glad to have them as training partners and friends. Thank you again Kyle for a great meet and all the hard work you put in to it, I believe it's only going to get bigger!
