This is my first forum/training log, but after checking this site out for about a week I became curious and thought it would be nice to look back and actually see my changes.
First off, I have only been training for 2.5 years. My dad (scott kuzma..youtube him) has been doing it for about 27 years and was more than happy to show me the ropes. Under his training (with the help of some creatine and weight gainers) I have gained roughly 40 lbs and my bench went from 175 to 325 and everything else has been just as crazy. I live on campus and only have a training center, the weight room is only for athletes and a college kid is too broke for an actual gym membership, but I do the best I can with what I got. But anyways...
Stats: 5'9 (on a good day), 195 lbs
Today - Shoulders
Behind the head military press: (changing grip from close/reg/wide)
135 x 8 155 x 8 185 x 6 x 2 215 x 6 225 x 4
Military press: (changing grip from close/reg/wide)
135 x 8 155 x 8 185 x 8 x 3 225 x 6 x 2
Dumbbell shrugs:
120 x 10 x 4
Barbell upright rows: (changing grip, wider each set)
115 x 8 x 4
Behind the head lat push down:
160 x 8 170 x 8 180 x 8 200 x 6
