I just wanted to say hi to everyone! It has been a while since I competed, but I am getting ready to choose a meet either at the end of this year or early next. I look forward to talking and seeing everyone again. We are also putting on a free seminar at Dr. Gray's (Gray Chiropractic and Sports Associates) for some state lifters. We are going to talk about some new tools that we have for speeding the healing process up namely the K-Laser. This thing makes a cold laser look like a squirt gun.
