Great Benching Joey!! Long time no see brother hope all is well. I'm out of powerlifting indefinitely due to my shoulder and elbow surgeries (4) not going so well. By the way is there any way to get to the old videos up on this site that have Sonja and I lifting at the Summer Heat II? Since I can't do it any more I would like to show my kids the vids but I can't get them up, are they gone forever? jcouick@gmail.com
