This is an awesome book and has lots of great training templates of various people like Doug Furnas, Hugh Cassidy, Mark Chaillet, Ed Coan, Kirk Karwoski, Bill Pearl, Paul Andrson, etc..... goes over strength training, history, biographies, various forms of cardio, nutrition and psychology (motivation, psyche for the big lifts), etc...... it is almost 500 pages long !
