and I feel like shit !!!

I had a great time!!! It was a wonderful experience and a reaffirmation of why I love this shit !!!

I left alot on the platform, but don't we always...I am so proud of Tim and Ox...I think Team NC ran like a well oiled machine,,our group ( Hannah, Mike white, Kristi Mason, Ox, Tim, myself, Mona and Donna ) worked as ONE I know I personally needed for nothing!!!

Thank You Hannah Johnson U R awesome, Mike White thank you for always being there, Kristi Mason aka Sharon Stone U have got it together (can't wait til you compete again), Ox Mason thank you for everything, Tim " 2 time World Champion " Higgins we have traveled the country and soon the world together, you always give 110 percent I can never thank you enough for what you do for me, my brother...our wives kept us hydrated and fed and inspired, thank for for trading your vacations for meets..people that I have never met were so willing to help me without reservation....somebody said this this weekend but here goes...for something that is considered a n individual sport it takes a hell of a support team and I had everything I needed..
