You will need one can of tuna, a tablespoon of pancake powder mix, one egg, and any choice of spices you want to put in it. I recommend lemon pepper seasoning because it tastes awesome in this recipe. First, put the can of tuna into a bowl. Proceed to putting the tablespoon of pancake mix into the bowl, followed by the egg, but dont gorget, only the eggwhite! Now, add the lemon pepper, or seasoning of your choice. This recipe will make 2 tuna cakes. Now, all you have to do it throw them onto a teflon pan, let them cook, and then flip them when theyre ready to be flipped, and cook them till theyre sort of stiff. You now have yourself a high protien snack in only about 7 minutes. I am pretty sure a regular can of tuna has 37.5 grams of protien the egg adds a few too. Also, this snack is very low fat, and the only cards come from the little bit of pancake mix, so you can splurge on these tasty snacks.
