Pizza flavors but more nutritious!
1 package (12-14 ounces) whole wheat pasta (penne or spirals work well) 4 ounces Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, coarsely chopped 1 cup Ken's Lite Caesar Dressing 8 ounces Reduced Fat Cheese, crumbled (Monterey Jack/Colby) 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper, chopped 2 tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning 1 small can sliced Black Olives, drained (optional)
Cook pasta according to package directions (do not overcook), drain and let cool slightly. Add all other ingredients and toss. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 372 calories, 15 grams fat, 41 grams carbohydrate, 18 grams protein
