Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not chunky style) 1 cup corn flakes 3/4 cup whey protein powder 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup sweetened coconut, toasted
Cook:20 minutes (cooking time)
Preparation
Combine the peanut butter, corn flakes, protein powder, brown sugar and chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Work the mixture with your hands to combine well. Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into golf ball size balls. Roll them in the toasted coconut to coat the outside. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
