Dre Vallez benched 560 pounds at a bodyweight of 158 on Saturday at the APF NorthWest Christmas Classic in Pasco, Washington. That puts Vallez sixth on the all-time list of benches in the 165 class. Vallez competed full power going 500, 560, 500 for a 1,560 pound total.
