The combination kettlebell renegade row and pushup hits the lats, upper back and triceps. This exercise is also brutal on the abdominals; it is very difficult to do them without a strong core. See video of Charlie Kiziah with two 53lb KB's: media.putfile.com/Renegade-RowPushup
