Here is another variation of the push up with an emphasis on balance and coordination. Push-ups on two balls provides a deep ROM and the unstable surface also works the stabilizer muscles. Two additional variations are with two hands on one med ball, and one hand on a med ball and the other hand on the floor. Oh yeah, you don’t have to be a bald bastard to do these. ;D
