The kettlebell bottoms-up press is a military press with the kettlebell upside down with the “bottom” facing up. The bottoms-up press is a great accessory movement for the bench press. It works the shoulders and triceps like a military press, and it also develops grip strength and stability. The KB is very unstable in the bottoms-up position and you must keep your lats and core extremely tight in order to lower and raise the KB without letting it flop over. windmill `s are my fun but I like it all with the bells tadpole, I tried to do some windmills, but I couldn't do a single rep with the 36lb KB. I don't have the flexibility. I will try again with light weight until I can get it.
