Quit trying to hold on with both hands when pulling. Just for a second scope me out. My right hand is a negative grip (underhand grip) I focus on telling it not to let the bar spin while pulling. My left hand which is positive (overhand grip) is not to let the bar slip down. I reach down and grip through the bar. I do not just hold on. If you have ever seen my hands they are very very small. 90% of my grip is focus. Plus unless you are pulling bands or doing high reps save the lifting straps for bodybuilders and wimps. You will get grip from steady usage of your hands. I work with iron pipe all day and use pipe wrenches non stop that helps me a whole bunch. Forearms and hands are like calves and feet. They need to be hit every chance you get. All these grip excercises and such may be cool and could help some but really.......They will do everything you believe you can do. Shut up lean back hold on and stand up. That is all I ever do!!!
