Bar placement pic's and short explanations

This is Sharon's correct spot. Notice its a little high but right now this works for her. We tried lower but due to her lack of rear delts the bar hurt plus it would try to slide down her back. She grips the bar close so her elbows are under the bar which keeps her upper back arched.

Now she widened her grip, which made her elbows point back and also rounded her over. Her upper back isn't developed to arch and keep the bar from falling down her back.

This is where I carry the bar, it doesn't look like it but it sits on my rear delts. If I do 6-8 sets I will have scabs that come up right above them.
