Greg, When I squat heavy or on the last rep of DE box squats (8 x 2), I have a tendency to fall forward and lose form. What can I target to help with this weak point?
Thanks Steve

Steve, the best thing to do is bring up your goodmornings. When you get leaned over like that you just about have to goodmorning out of it. In a perfect world you don't want to put yourself in that position to start with. Make sure that when your coming up off the box that your driving your traps in to the bar first, then bring your hips and everything else through after that. If you drive with legs first it will throw you forward. Even if you have to back off on the weight alittle make double sure to do it right in training, save the ugly shit for the meet if thats what it takes to get the weight up. I'll be in SC this weekend if you need me to show you anything I'd be glad to! Hope this helped.

Thanks Greg that also is helping me solve my own Squat riddle. I know on heavy sets I have a bad tendency to lean at the bottom.
