Raw that is my next goal before I put on equipment again.I am real close 365 for 3 then 385 x1 w pause.I am not sure what the problem is,I think 400 plus at 198 raw would be the bench.Then start toward 600 w equipment at 198,please help out w training tips or mental advice whatever.Littleman
