So I noticed today that when Im going for a one or two rep max that Im Pulling the bar up midway through to reach the top half of the movement.More so on my left arm (underhand).Im scared to death of tearing a bicep but I cant control it sometimes. Its like Im trying to row or something.Should I switch to two overhand grips???
HELP!!

thanks john great points, one of the best i've ever seen do this is jon gordon. i'll try and find some of his videos. but yeah i agree completely. if you relax your arms that drops your chance of tearing a bicep by a lot. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QEyDlJP6Hc
