GMs are something I know next to nothing about, but they seem to be an awesome exercise. I've seen different ways of doing them on different peoples' logs, so what do you all think -- is it better to do lots of reps with lighter weight or go way heavier with fewer reps? Also, can you do them properly on a Smith machine? Any help will be mucho appreciated
