one of my favorite supplemental exercises for the deadlift are back raises with the SSB and chians. video: media.putfile.com/back-raisethe chains are set a little low but thats a good first time setting, as you get stronger at it shorten the chains. also its better to get a lil bit bigger ROM than what i showed on the video. you can do these with raised heels to focus on the hamstrings more or single legged or a combo of the 2. i dont advise going behind the neck with the SSB however it causes a lot of strain on the neck and i dont see much long term benefit from that position. thanks to steve maxson for the video
