Well, I told myself I would take a day of what I ate and take pictures of it and ask what people think I need to add or lose so here it is: www.ilikecharlie.com/I added all the images to a little gallery. Here is what I ate: breakfast: 3 omega/oragnic eggs + 1 slice of ham, glass of lowfat organic milk,protein drink 2 scoops 50 grams, + 1 scoop of oatmeal meal 2:1 can of tuna/mixed with yogurt in bowl meal 3:12$ fish and chips meal 4:4 pieces of chicken + 1 scoop oats(only 3 chicken shown in picture,+1 glass of organic lowfat milk meal5:3 slices of pizza(1 shown) meal6:cottage cheese so any advise is very helpful I weigh around 200 or so pounds, and I am trying to get stronger.
