Oh where do I begin, I gained 8 pounds on Thanksgiving day.
Pumpkin pie pecan pie apple pie cherry cobbler banana pudding Mississippi mud cake Carrot cake Red velvet cake
I don't think there is any hope for any of this I just need to get locked in a closet before making it to the desert table!

stacey, sweet potatoes are AWESOME with brown-sugar Splenda and pecans; lots of fiber and quite a bit less sugar. go easy on the marshmellows and you have a great-tasting dish without the heavy butter, sugar and fat! fudge:
Low Fat Fudge 3 C. sugar 2/3 C. cocoa - Hershey's low fat 1 1/2 C. evaporated skim milk 1/4 C. Butter Buds 1/2 t. vanilla extract 1/2 t. almond extract 3 TBS red fat Peanut Butter Bring sugar, cocoa, and milk to full boil - constantly stirring. Once reached - stop stirring - use candy thermometer to reach soft ball stage - 234° F.
Remove from heat, sprinkle butter buds and extracts on top - Don't stir. Let temperature come down to 110° F. Beat thoroughly until it loses glossiness.
Work quickly to spread in a 8 or 9" pan. Cool and cut.
NOTES : Per Serving Calories - 45 Total Fat - 1g

So as it turns out, the real way to keep the holiday meals from catching up with you is to eat at Hooter's. LMAO I think we could find a way to market this diet Hannah, Hooter's may not like it though.
P.S. Good to see you this weekend and way to overcome the adversities for some huge PR's!
