Great site, thanks for sharing the link. I have a question that occurred to me reading through the site. I saw that most of the things I ate today are on the list of healthiest foods with one exception. I had skim milk today and I saw that 2% was listed. Does that mean 2% is considered healthier than skim milk? Should I be getting 2% instead of skim milk?
