1 c. reduced fat peanut butter 1/2 c. raisins (or choc chips, peanut butter chips, heath bar pieces, etc if you aren't dieting) 1/3 c. honey 1/4 c. nuts, any kind (I use split almonds and crushed walnuts) 1/4 c. dry powdered milk & 1 scoop protien powder (your flavor choice)
Mix everything together until thoroughly combined, and cut into squares, or roll into balls. keep in fridge. yum! ~MINX
