What are some recipes that we can add protein to. I have experienced with pancakes, sweet cornbread, and other things with limited success. I love mixing it with puddind. mixing it and pouring it over cereal and in oatmeal. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the link. I thought about using Whey like this in the past but knew that the heat would make it a waste of time. It is nice to know a protein exists that can be used in cooking. I am going to try that spicy tuna wrap with the low carb tortilla that was mentioned in another post. That looks easy to make and something different to eat. I wonder if it would be ok nutritionally to add taco seasoning? For some reason that sounds really good to me.

chad, if you aren't worried about sodium intake (and right now you aren't) then go right ahead. taco seasoning is just herbs and spices. i season all of my chicken and occasionally fish with fajita seasoning, available at your local wally-world ~MINX

Just an FYI.....For all of those who may be watching their sodium intake, try Mrs. Dash marinades. There are four flavors of the liquid marinade and they are each pretty good. My favorite is the southwest-chipotle because it's a little bit spicier. They are not fat free, so if you're watching your fat intake strictly, pay attention to the nutrition analysis. The fat content is not horrible, and the 0 mgs of sodium is well worth it. I've not seen it at the mart (Walmart) yet, but it's readily available at Bilo.
