I found a recipe for an oatmeal cookie on the animal pak website. It makes a great preworkout meal on the go!
you mix the following in a bowl 1/2 cup of oatmeal 6 packets of splenda 1/4 cup of water 1 scoop natural PB (optional)
shape the batter into 2 cookies and put them on a microwavable plate. cook them for 3-4 minutes depending on microwave. you can also throw them in the fridge if u wish, but it's not necessary.

I'll have to give this a try. What I really like is all that is necessary is putting it in the microwave. I am not much of a cook so that is a big plus for me.
