Ok, i got this idea from Maxson. I would love to hear some tried-and-true ideas about what works best to replenish water and energy levels after weigh-ins. Please share what tecniques you've tried and how it worked for you on your energy and performance levels. I have heard tons of stuff (chicken noodle soup for added sodium, japanese food, etc) but I'd like to know what ya'll think is the "best" way to put the weight back on. annnnnndddd..... GO! ~MINX

Luckily I have never had to worry about this but I too would be curious how this is done so quickly....it takes talent and know how to do this....Us fat people dont have to worry about this issue!....Travis, Kyle, Ox, Tony, Phil, Brett, Barry, and so on could give great advice and answers on this subject for the rookies out there I am sure....anyone eles could chime in because I would like to know too....

Phil's plan------
Tue: Good carbs only / half gallon of water body weight AM PM Wed: " add a little light cardio AM PM Thurs: lower carb intake, jack up protein, AM PM Fri: Weigh in AM AM B4 weigh ins ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sauna: W/sauna suit, in 15 min check weight, dry off / stay out for 1 minute 5 min " " , dry off / stay out for 1 minute Continue if needed 5in/dry off/1out till 198 Weigh in! Take sweet tarts or gum to spit on the way. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fri. After weigh in, 32oz water first, 1/4 bute with 32oz Gatorade all within first hour. second hour : 32oz Gatorade/Pedialite mix 50/50 third hour : 32oz Gatorade/Pedialite mix 50/50 fourth hour : 1/4 Bute and 32oz of mix (1 Gallon total fluid by now) SIXTH ! hour : 32oz mix within next two hours EIGHT ! : 32oz mix within next two ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SAT MORNING : Mix CYTOMAX / Pedialite 32oz to drink beforw meet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good Luck
