Hey all! Thanks for stopping by! For those who are not familiar with who I am, you may want to check out my bio on my website www.HannahJPT.com ; it gives a more detailed background.
Basically, I have a lot of certifications and experience with a wide range of populations. I am certified in both Basic and Advanced Personal Training, Weight Training Tecniques for Special Populations and Athletes, Nutritional Counseling, Geriatric Health and Wellness, Basic Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Dietetics for Parents with Obese Children (I love that one, no, really it IS a certification ) PNF Stretching for the Athlete, FitBall, Spinning, Yoga, and Aerobics. I hold current certifications from 7 (seven) different nationally recognized organizations.
I have worked in hospitals, gyms and diet centers, not to mention traveling to various locations for my TBT Bootcamps.
-So, I ain't passed the bar... but I know a lil' bit
I'm here to help out as many lifters as i can. i love what i do and am very passionate about seeing our NC lifters succeed. Powerlifting isn't just about lifting the weight. There are a million little variables that can make the difference between a great meet and a crushing disappointment. So if you ask i will answer. and in the off chance that i don't know the answer, i'll find it out for ya. we can all learn from each other's experiences- chances are someone else has some of the same questions that you do!!
Please title your threads with the subject of your question; this will make it easier for others to browse topics.
Thanks again and i'll do my best-
