These are foods that you should try to include in your diet. All of these promote healthy muscles and joints, as well as quick recovery. Just wanted to give ya'll a list. Anyone with additional ideas please post them! ~MINX
Beans (and other legumes) Spinach (and other green vegetables) Dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese) Oatmeal, grits, couscous Eggs Lean meats (Fish, turkey, chicken, beef, tofu) Peanut butter, almonds, macadamias and other nuts/ seeds Mono and Poly-unsaturated fats (olive, flax or fish oil) Whole grains (breads, rice and cereals) Protein powder (whey, soy or egg) Berries Sweet potatoes, squash and pumpkin
