glad to be here! i figured this would be an easy way to help a lot of people at once. not only will it save time for me, but it is a way to educate others by teaching them how to put together an effective plan. that way i can critique and "proofread" instead of making plans from scratch. which, "ahem", brings me to ask when you're going to send me your diet journal so i can help YOU?? i've been waiting for 2 weeks lol!!

Wow I just relized how stupid I am on these subjects!....great stuff girl....thanks for coming on and adding the most important info there is....nutrition!....I will enjoy reading this stuff myself and learning to weild it into something positive for myself to start following....Thanks again!.... |

always welcome. this is fun. maybe that means i'm a super-big nerd, but i really do love searching for new ideas and helping people put their knowledge to use. it's also helpful to have a place i can put links to informative literature. thanks again joey for taking on this board and for all that you do!
