anyone besides me seen this video? i use to think this guy was real but after watching his last several lifts he needs to lock out the weight before attempting another lift. i am thinking about switching feds now. WABDL all the way. W e A llow B enchers that D on't L ockout
i mean he gets the bar handed to him and finishes 4 inches less than that. what happened to point of reference in benching.

i do something similar, with my arch and pulling my shoulders back if the bar is pulled up at all on lift off im off the bench so of course when i finish i'll be lower. seems like i've heard he has rather short arms.

it doesn't matter how short your arms are, if the elbows are bent it's not locked!!! short arms, long arms, black arms, white arms i do not like unlocked arms sam i am. i like tiny, i've competed against him ( beat him might i add). but the truth is he has that fed locked man. he can do no wrong. it is clear in all of his 900+ he is not locked by 2-3 inches. oh yeah no one can hand me this crap about, do you know what it feels like to hold 900+, hell yeah i do. i've benched it, i train very often with over 1000 but i've never had a lift given to me. the lift off man is not picking him up off the bench. the handoff is straight out from the racks and he doesn't settle any. he just doesn't lock out, PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
