So the last 3 or 4 times Ive benched Ive gotten some horrible pain in my left elbow. Its actually on the upper portion where the arm bends and stretches a little into my forearm.
A few weeks ago I had a bad spot from a guy I work with, and it started to hurt then. The thing is it goes away a day or two later, but starts hurting in the middle of my bench routine. Its hard to even bend my arm at times....What the hell did I do to it?

I notice that some guys wear Elbow Sleeves to keep their elbows warm.

Check out this site and see if you can pinpoint the injury type. www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/vst/index.phpYou may be able to continue to train by using a fat bar. It works better for anyone with shoulder, pec, forearm and elbow injuries because it seems to disperse the tension over a greater area of muscle. Keep us posted.
