Any recommended routines for a quick bench boost?Keep in mind I have no chains or bands where I train.We have 3-4 boards and I do rack locks,floor work.Ive been stuck in the low 300's for months.No shirt either,all raw.Help me!..lol

well first off do away with rack lockouts unless you plan on going shirted later on.how is your diet? you need to be doing 1-3 boards,db bench,inclines,paused reps,declines,floor presses,some type of shoulder presses,and get some bands-prolly one of the best tools for raw or shirted.you need to be hitting the back hard also!

My diet is strong.(See my food log in the nutrition section under sample diets).I do heavy deadz,with lots of heavy rows,Lots of tri work(shullkrushers,close grip,dips).Probably not as much declines as I should.Dumbell presses every other week.I do plan on going shirted in the near future.I think my rep work is screwed up.Not sure what percentages I should be workin with,reps.
