My thoughts: Feet to come forward just a tad Elbows need to tuck and drive better Ass needs to stay on bench Bar needs to be brought out just a tad farther stop dancing and moving so much and get steady pull shoulders together and try and bend bar at lift off lift head and follow bar work 3,4,5,6, board more so on ME days RAW and shirted eat your Weaties floor presses reverse band presses alot of close grip work work forearms more for bar stability try and press heals to the floor on upward press chalk hands have someone smack the shit out of you push ups fatbar work widen grip to index on ring dig traps into bench at setup more RAW work alot of lat work just some thoughts.....
